By booking a Photo Booth with In the Picture Moments, you agree to the following terms regarding booking, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling.

Booking and Retainer Fee

A non-refundable retainer fee of $75 is required to secure your Photo Booth rental and confirm your event date. This retainer will be applied to the total cost of your selected package. Your booking is not confirmed until the $75 retainer is received. Once received, your event date is reserved, and we will begin planning your Photo Booth experience.

 

Payment Schedule

The remaining balance of your Photo Booth package is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Failure to pay the balance in full by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking, and all payments made—including the $75 retainer—will be forfeited.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your event, written notice must be provided at least 7 days prior to the event to receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable $75 retainer. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of all payments made, including both the retainer and any additional payments.

Rescheduling

If you cancel after the 7-day deadline but wish to reschedule, you may apply your payments—including the $75 retainer—toward a new date, subject to availability. The rescheduled date must fall within 3 months of the original event date, and only one reschedule is permitted. If the event is not rescheduled within this time frame, all payments will be forfeited. No additional rescheduling fees will be applied if done within the approved window.

 

Event Add-Ons and Retainers

Add-On services such as DJ Services, Marquee Letters, Balloon Decor, and the Audio Guestbook are available to enhance your event experience. These services may be purchased separately and each requires its own non-refundable retainer fee to secure the service: $200 for DJ Services, $250 for Photography and $50 each for Marquee Letters, Cold Sparks, Balloon Decor, and Audio Guestbook. These retainers are applied to the balance of the selected Add-On service. Add-On services are not confirmed until their respective retainers are paid in full, and they are subject to availability and venue approval.
