Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not offer refunds, we proudly stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at action@inthepicturemoments.com
or by phone at 346.258.7427. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement, exchange, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Please note: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for exchange consideration.

Disputes + Chargebacks

By completing your purchase with In the Picture Moments, you acknowledge that all charges are authorized and final under our no-refund policy. Any unauthorized chargebacks for fulfilled orders will be contested using supporting documentation.
